For existing shoppers from the physical store:

Unfortunately, due to our POS systems being on two vastly different platforms, we cannot transfer or link your account to our online store.

Dear members, from 2 August 2024 onwards, all accumulation of Salo point ($1 for every $20 spent) will cease in ONLINE & PHYSICAL stores. Due to increasing operating costs coupled with high discounts and offers, it has become unsustainable to continue the points system.We appreciate your understanding and support. Thanks.



Delivery and Shipping:

Every order made will incur a S$8 handling and shipping charge. However, if you spend NETT S$200 and above, you are entitled to free shipping.

Usually upon receiving your order and payment, we will take about 1 week to pack your order and book a courier pickup, which will typically collect your items on the next day (except weekends and holidays). Once your order has been picked up by the service, it will usually take between 1 to 3 working days for you to receive your products. 

There is no courier pickup on weekends and public holidays.

*Booking time for courier depends on stock availability in your order.
